Can you guys tell me what the best content generator for tier 1 ??

Better to create down your own articles if you can or outsource them. I won't use any automated content on my tier 1. But yeah, you can write some articles and then spin them with THE BEST SPINNER
 
Links to Important Money Site = I hire a writer to do the articles.
Links to Some decent Money Site = I sometime write my own but mostly buy article from article providers
Test
Links to Test Sites/Other sites not earning that much = Scraped Articles +Word AI + Some revision

The best spinner available at the moment is WordAI.
 
If you don't want to buy articles then you can translate them from other languages and then correct the mistakes. It should be quite easy.
 
your own brain is a great tool to use for this purpose.
 
The human brain is my favorite piece of "soft"ware for spinning.
 
For tier 1's I use high quality spun content that's readable. All manual with the help of a few spinner tools. ;)
