Content copied - Question

From my knowledge , if ur sites content copied and posted on their sites... it will hurt your sites.. if ur post is not indexed before that copied sites owner.. if that copied person site indexed mean then it will be big problem..

There are smarter ways to copy content just like the web spider. It can entirely copy your website including the content. You might want to try Copyscape to ensure your content is solely yours. Once you detect someone has stolen your content, they can assist you.
 
Yes but not too much I think .. google will penalize the site that copied the content from yours .. This is from my experience :D
 
File a DMCA complaint with search engines. Do it before he does or you're the one who'll be blamed for the copying ;)
