    Hello if anyone can answer me if copied content from another language and considered duplicate content or of poor quality?

    No. You might run into some legal issues though if you, for example, copy an ebook or something.

    NEver thought about someone doing this before, lol. Pretty interesting way to steal data, but im sure google has something setup to figure this out.

    If you use some auto translator (especially Google's) then I'm sure it would be really easy to get caught. However, chances reduces of getting caught if you're translating manually.
