Content blocker on YT why?

I dont get how this is done and why, unless the account has been hijacked, now that would be a cool bit of software.

Can this be done easily?

I am not sure if this will work directly from BHW so it might be best
to enter link in a browser. They are not my vids or my accounts.

Make an annotation as big as the video and make it link to any video you want.
