Content / Article Scraping software

AAS can get article excerpts and url, then throw it in MAR or TBS. I use MAR and I am at 50 to 60% on 1 click, I then human edit it more for 5 to 10 minutes. That's not fast enough?

Sounds interesting. What's AAS though? :)

Just to clarify: SpinnerChief is available now, it does eveything that TBS does and more, and it's free. What we are talking about is a paid version of SC that does everything the curren SC does, plus some juicy extras, such as a fully operational Content Hurricane plugin, Seo writing, and content generation from major article sites. This version should be ready in a few days.

If you download SpinnerChief and register it, you will automatically be advised through email when the new paid version is available.

I asked earlier, without saying "in a few days" when is the expected release date of SC Premium? I've been holding to buy UCC or Quick Article Pro coz if SC Premium has the features that I wanted I would buy just that.

anyone with UCC ever have trouble making the UCC FFox plugin function correctly? And if so, did you get/find/figure out a solution. I tried downgrading FF...etc. No luck.

Sorry, it's not easy to be exact with dates when you're writing code. Even when it is complete there is still the testing to get through.

Hi Imhotep,

Sorry for the delay in replying. I only discovered your reply today! I just wanted to thank you for your thoughtful reply and insights. It's good knowing that the software is supported and works as advertised.

Your "review" is far better then any spammy one found on the net. I wish you the best of luck in your efforts!

Hey BacktoBasics,
Well that was one thing that bothered me as well, I was thinking "oh no it is old and probably dead". And I have had some bad experiences with buying software that quickly turns into abandonware. So before buying I decided to send an email over to their support. They responded amazingly on this holiday weekend and it turns out that the latest version was updated in early 2010.

This is not the type of program that needs constant updating like many others. It does not use any "fully auto" methods to get you content, you control it all by yourself so no need for many updates. It is also used by the company that designed it to write their own content. So I doubt it will be abandoned any time soon. I am honestly happy with what it can do compared to all other solutions out there and that's why I got it.

After having used it for almost a whole day I have written four 500 word articles and two 800 word articles that I am about to put through the best spinner and publish to my latest site and satellite 2.0's. So that means I finished a good website in less than a day. That is a huge speed improvement even over my old WP robot method! So to sum it all up I would use this even if they stopped updating it, it works 100% as needed already with no bugs, so far.

I would LOVE to find something better and am still open to whatever is "best" in semi-auto or even auto content creation but I spent a month looking for such software only to find this one being the absolute best.

I doubt it is orphaned or will be for at least a while longer. Shoot a mail over to support and find out, I'm sure you will be as pleased as I am!

Good luck in your content endeavors! ;)

After testing out a few program trials mentioned in this thread, I found out that Quick Article Pro is the easiest to use out of all. Some may disagree with me, but I like simplicity and not some advanced GUI like UCC Pro. Although UCC Pro has more features, Quick Article Pro has all that I need to generate quick readable articles.

For now I'm still waiting for SC Pro though, still haven't heard a thing since the last time I contacted the author.

A premium version of SpinnerChief will be released within the next few days - one of the features will be to scrape content from article sites based on keywords, there wiill also be a fully-functioning Content Hurricane plugin.

So does that mean it will be able to create articles? not just spin them?

So SC will be able to generate content off keywords when it comes out?

Any idea on the cost of it when it comes out?

I am looking for a content generator. What is the best one out? Anyone?

With SpinBlitzGold all you have to do is add your key word or phrase and the site or Url you want to promote then hit the button and let the software do the work for you. Within minutes you can have Totally Unique Content Automatically Generated for you so spinblitz is the best option for your
....articles if you want them to read like total garbage.

Just thought I'd help you out there.

I've tested spinblitz gold and it's a hit and miss. If you have maybe two articles, it may read okay. More than five, your articles starts not making any sense.

I've bought the TBS but then I found the spinnerchief, wasted my money on TBS. Not that TBS suck but Spinnerchief is free. With the new beta out, its good. Well since it's free right now, I should say it ROCKS. I'm lazy so, I don't want to rewrite anything. I want a program that spit shit out that it's like gold. So, I'm looking for the best LPAR (Lazy Persons Article Rewriter). :D

I've been looking at UCC for one week now. I emailed them two days ago but no answer re: my questions. Too bad I can't check it out before buying. For 99 bucks, I don't want to chance it. I've goog it but only found two people maybe three merely mentioning the name. ROB is the only one that saying it's good - I also read his statement about the same program at another forum.

Anybody else tried Ultimate content creator (UCC) and would like to tell me the good and the bad????

Mike
