Content aggregation without getting penalized by google

Hi all,

i am planning to have few pages on my website where I will aggregate articles (partial articles) from other sites and to provide my own commentary on these articles.

However, I would like to know if there is a minimum of length for my commentaries in goal to not be penalized by google and how i can know my commentaries are relevant enough.
