Contacting admin/mods

Anyone got a clue which is the best way to get hold of a mod or admin on here , Ive left several PMs for Pofecker and I dont know if they just arent getting through or whats going on , is there a facility here to find out which admin are actually online aside ffrom the green/red buttons in posts..
