Contacted tiktok support for low views.

This is why I contacted them this was my problem:

I have a Tiktok account in the woodworking niche with 23.6k followers. The last video I posted was on 11-17-2022 and it received 2.2k views. I own a Note 9 and I used to switch ROMs that had different fingerprint builds like the Note S21, Note 10+. Recently, I switched to the Note S21 ROM on 1-5 2024 and logged into my tiktok account and posted 7 videos and got 583, 462, 392, 484, 589, 453, 453 views.


I flashed the Note S10+ ROM on the 1-9-2024 . I posted 5 videos which only got 476, 581, 802, 526, 410 views
In the past, my videos used to get 1077k, 15k, 10k, 1k views, etc. I recently got a new router a couple of months ago which changed my IP address. Am I shadow banned because I used different ROMS and logged in to tiktok?





This is what I wrote to them a few days ago.

"I have 23.6k followers and used to get 1k, 1.7k, 10.9k, 4k, 51k, 1.4k, 734, 3k views on my videos each time posted, the last video has 1k views and posted it on 10-7-2022. Now every time I post I only get 616, 855, 603, 521, 303, 281, 351, 283,301 views. That's very Iow on views with my account having 23.6k followers Is there something wrong with my account and is there a fix for it?"



And this is their response

The thing that stood out was "Original and creative contents are highly valued." which I do understand, but I seen a lot of tiktok accounts of people taking videos from other platform's such as Instagram to tiktok or they download the video's from tiktok, and they just change a few things here and there and they get thousands or even millions of views. That is what I do as well I would get video's from Instagram and that's how I was able to grow my account during that time. What does their response mean am I shadow banned?

it's worth noting that I acquired a new router a few months ago, resulting in a change in my IP address.

I have same problem , so sad
in 2023, It's 10k-20k views and after I change my device, It's 500-1k views for now. I tried a lot for the content. But many days have passed, and my views cannot return to what they used to be. Someone please help me. I'm really stuck
