I'm trying to contact a Twitter user who has 0 posts, 0 following, and an empty bio. I would like to have this user transfer their Twitter handle to me but I don't know how I can contact the user. Any thoughts?

It's probably an Original name that you want and its pretty much impossible to contact them or claim the handle unless you trademark it. Which it would have to be your business or such.

If you need he account because username, you can contact direct Twitter for it. Twitter staff will help you if you are from Company.

You're going to have contact twitter for this to get their username. Just go through their twitter help link. A bunch of stupid stuff to get filled out.
