Ok, so I am finally ready to get my contact form submissions going, I have my lists. My question is this.....
I will be submitting to a good few thousand websites, do I need to run these through proxyies? If so why? Do companies have systems setup up to stop spam form submissions?
All help greatly appreciated.

I'd say that if you didn't run them through proxies then depending on your email provider then these could possibly be classed as spam. Why take the risk? Myself, I'd use multiple proxies.. (Bearing in mind that I know nothing + noob, so my apologies if i'm talking poop)

what's the big picture if you don't mind me asking? do you want multiple accounts on those websites or are you posting stuff?

The typical anti-spam policies you will face are usually captcha and e-mail verification & ofc bot detection.

TBH you probably won't need too many proxies if you are going to the sites directly, but your biggest challenge is going to be ReCaptcha v2 and v3. Good luck.

I would suggest using a proxy for about every 30k forms that you submit.
