contact form with dropdown payment options?

Does anyone know a plugin that I can impliment on my site where I could collect payments
that would have different pricing options for 1 product (service in this case)
like dropdown options with different pricing? thanks

The thread title combined with your question is confusing.

Do you want a contact form or a checkout page?

You just want them to contact you, letting you know which product you want, without paying?

Or you want them to checkout?
