Does anyone know of a WP plugin that would place a contact form or call to action at the end of each post - or more ideally control where it is placed by category.

contact form 7 and use mail chimp for email subscribers

Thanks. Is there a way to have the contact form appear at the bottom of each page/post without going in and adding the shortcode manually though?
