Anyone else has problems with contabo vps shutting down on it's own?

did you try contacting support? what did they say?

I did, didn't answer
With contabo you have to give them a call. Experienced such an issue some months ago but it affected the entire server center.
Also you may want to check out the server status here: contabo-status.com

it might me network issues or i guess a VPS Load is over which usually causing a this kind of down times.
our lot of clients facing a such things when they take 2 or 1 Core VPS and put 100% Load over a machine.

Thats Set! or Another thing is maybe a network issues on there end
Thanks!

I have several VPS on contabo and periodically have a similar problem with downtime. The support team responds by email usually the next day. But by that time everything works. So I'm going to move to another hosting provider as I'm a bit tired of these problems with them.

Well, I notice this discussion while looking for what people say about contabo. Honestly, the servers are very cheap, but you have also be ready to face a few downtime and their support leaves much to be desired.

I currently have a vps with them and I am moving over 150 websites within the nest 3 weeks.

contabo never worked for me. Thats why i think they are cheap. Its too much hassle, i shifted to other vps seller.

I used Contabo once and did not find it performing up to its specs. I haven't used them ever since.
Many hosting providers love to advertise eye catching specs. The catch is those specs are often based on outdated hardware.
that being said, im currently using it for video processing and rendering. its kinda okayish.

I was only running a small blog on it, and it performed poorly compared to a DO droplet of lower specs.
