Consumer Advocacy Website Theme? Do they exsist?

I'm looking to build a site similar to ConsumerAffairs.com, ripoffreport.com etc. and I'm looking for a theme. Can be Wordpress or something else. Does anyone know of anything? Everything I keep coming across is for products specifically.
