Paragraph by Paragraph you need to create a construct through ubercubez construct spinner.
This is actually very easy, and I believe the amount of readable paragraphs you could get out of it would be in the range of 200-300 variations (at the PARAGRAPH level folks)
Let's take "cheap viagra" as an example you want to create stand alone sentences that kind of all say the same thing over and over:
