Constant PVA?

Ever since the banwave in february, I've been getting insane amounts of constant PVA.

New accounts, old accounts.. It seems completely random, I can't see any patterns. I'm using the same proxies/provider as always, settings are the same, I'm even getting it on accounts I'm warming up very slowly.

Anyone having the same issues? Accounts are from the same seller also etc.
