console or non-console?

I recently signed up on wegcash(great adult affiliate system btw). When I try generating my personal refferal code there is a question on there that says:

CONSOLE

NON-CONSOLE


Which one do I choose? What's a console anyway?

I think it is giving you an option of whether or not to have an exit console (ie, one of those annoying pop ups that comes up when you try to leave the webpage)
