Combining both is ideal, but if I had to choose, I’d always prioritize quality. Quality is what helps you grow steadily and sustainably in the long run.

In my view, both consistency and quality are important. Consistency helps sustain long-term growth, but quality is what keeps viewers coming back. It is better to post high-quality content consistently rather than simply chasing quantity.

I think u should try to balance both. Post consistently, but focus on quality and engagement rather than posting just for the sake of it.

I don’t think that’s as important as the quality of the content. Content is still the only way to keep viewers engaged.

post something useful a few times a week than share weak content every day just to stay active.once you find quality level you can maintain regularly then consistency becomes much easier.so both are important

Most replies here pick a side, but it does not have to be pure opinion - you can get a rough signal from your own page. Pick a quality floor you will not go below, then try different cadences against it (say, daily vs every-other-day for a couple of weeks each) and watch comments per post alongside the totals that matter to you, like overall replies, clicks or leads. Treat it as exploratory rather than proof: the two windows differ in content, topic and timing, so a difference in engagement can come from those rather than the cadence itself. If per-post interaction looks higher at the slower cadence, that is a hint worth another test, not a verdict that quality was the bottleneck - and flat numbers do not settle it either, since a faster cadence can still win on total outcomes even with lower per-post engagement. PeakyBlinderss's 3-4 good posts a week and angelinmylov3's steady-posts test are both versions of this - compare on your own numbers, because the answer differs page to page.
Look, brother, both things are important on Facebook, but if you have to choose one, quality always wins. If you post crappy content every day, Facebook will give you a little push in the beginning, but people will skip your posts, which will kill your reach forever. Consistency helps us to keep working, learn from our mistakes, and improve ourselves over time. On the other hand, the quality of our work ensures our hard work and helps us win the trust of others. Quality matters more, but consistency helps you build momentum. Posting fewer genuinely useful pieces regularly beats publishing low-quality content every day.
