Considering Hostinger vs. Cloudways: Which Offers Better Speed and Performance?

Hello, is there any Hostinger user here? I am currently on Cloudways (DigitalOcean) with a plan of 2 CPUs, 4GB RAM, and 80GB disk. But today, I saw this offer from Hostinger, and I like the price and the ability to use LiteSpeed cache. Is this Hostinger plan better than my current one on Cloudways? My main concern is speed, as my sites are currently performing quite well in terms of speed.
