Connecting Ad Account to Business Manager Payment Method

I am having an issue with adding my business manager payment method to an ad account. When I go into the Ads Manager to link the Ad Account to my Business Manager Payment method I have no option in the top right hand corner to add the Business Manager Payment method. All I can do is add a new payment method.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you solve it?
