Connect channel manager to smart heating app possible?

Hey bros and sis,

first, I have no coding knowledge at all, so my question might sound a bit stupid to coders.

Is it possible to connect a smart heating app (controlling all heating in an apartment) to a channel manager like smoobu (short term rental manager) , so the machine will automatically decrease the heating when there are no guests in the apartment?

I am not familiar with products mentioned in your post but this is usually achieved in two ways:
1. Direct connection/integration between two products
2. Using some intermediary solution/app that has integration for both platforms
