Congratulations on making the cut @Heiko I can say with certainty that it's not easy to make it onto the small list of staff members here at blackhatworld.
As @Zwielicht mentioned, it is long overdue and extremely well deserved as I have seen first-hand how much work you put in to keep the forum safe and organised and you also have the perfect mentality to moderate the forum whilst also keeping the engagement of its members in mind.
