Congrats to Our New Super Moderator

Congratulations @SettingSun77

I wonder how much salary mods get from their job? Or do they manage the forum voluntarily?
There was one vacancy recently which was for a marketplace mod. The price was around $3200/m if my memory serves me well. ;)

ps but i am almost sure that’s not the “only” salary…

Congrats @SettingSun77!!

They receive a Sarkar SEO Lady Gaga package + @xReminisce monthly feet pack as reward
@xReminisce feet they can't resist, huh? Probably the best reward for managing this forum.

That's pretty much a good salary for someone from a T3 country.

These new moderator profiles are so new to the forum.

I sense something isn’t right here. Even when I check the member’s replies, most of them are just short responses. They haven’t helped with members’ questions as much as other users here. There are so many older members in this forum who deserve a moderator position.

Is this new moderator selection related to some kind of family connection without consider how much value provided to the community? o_O

As @Project Limitless stated, BHW is an actual company and hires worldwide in order to fulfill our needs. If you keep an eye in Hire a Freelancer, we do post all job openings so that IF a member is interested, they can apply.

And, before I came here and became CM, while I didn't have a BHW account, I used the forum extensively to learn everything I could about affiliate marketing. I had taken a job that was supposed to be just all around office worker but it turned out the company was a whale affiliate in the adult industry and my boss was flinging aff lingo at me right and left. ;) Thankfully, BHW saved my butt. So it was sort of poetic that I saw the job posting on LinkedIn, applied and got it.

I see. Thank you, now I got it. Everything makes sense now. There are so many older, reputed members on the members list who deserve the super moderator position. I was just speaking on their behalf.

Anyway, thank you so much. Now I understand how these new guys are getting super moderator positions.

IF members want to become a moderator and work their way into super mod, all they need to do is apply: Apply for Moderator Here However, even MIT isn't a position automatically granted based on time and reputation. Though, time is certainly a requirement and reputation as well as engagement with the community will certainly help (or not I supposed based on who it is).

Applicants must be a Regular Member (i.e., 200+ posts).
With this rule, I noticed that the member has already posted very short replies to inflate their post count in some threads.

Yes, I just found out a few hours ago. I’ve been here since 2010 as a viewer, but I lost access to one of my older accounts when my PC broke. I’ve learned a lot and am still learning.

I see many other moderators being very helpful, even when issuing warnings. For example, basstrackerboats, David, Heiko are very memorable names. why? Because they genuinely help members. However, I don't think this position suits this member. That's just my personal opinion. Anyway, I don't want to turn this into an argument; it's just a hunch that something isn’t right here.
