Hah, this is what I don't get. Everyone is first to jump in and defend but if you spend more than 30 seconds looking you will find so many fake accounts.
This is just the latest account that posted so I used it. I once went through like a full page and they were all like this, saying "I have ordered X package" when that package isn't even for sale on that thread.
Disclaimer: I bought from Sakar so I have a special interest for being unhappy that I basically got defrauded.
Are you fucking dumb? He ordered a combination of these 2 services, so no shit it has the same transaction ID. He's just smart to ask the buyer to bump both threads to get more views.

Read the thread titles again, and read what he bought. He ordered one package of both, so bumped both threads with his same transaction ID which is just a smart marketing trick by Sarkar.
