Confusion about BHS(BLACK HAT SEO)!!!

Hello,
I have a confusion about blackhat seo , which is when we are learning about seo then priority will be given to the white hat or you can say manual seo . But it takes very effort. On the other hand some people prefer to use blackhat seo to become richie rich. If they are failing search engine's rules and regulations and would get d index label by search engines then Why the hell people are thinking to apply blackhat seo ,which is nto reliable !!!

Who says BlackHat SEO is not reliable?

Sure, you need to reevaluate your SEO plans and try new things on a regular basis, but that doesn't make it unreliable.

If you are well informed and have an SEO plan where you don't just rely on a single tactic, Black Hat SEO can be very profitable.
