Confused

I am still a newbie to this forum and to SEO. after reviewing this i note that i need to be able t competently deal with Article marketing, Bookmarking, Forums, Blogs , directory submission, rss and indexings Whoa!!

Can anyone please refer me to threads or assit with SEO Strategy or Plan. can anyone also advice on the tools to use for what i should know.

I am growing white hairs trying to figure this out.
