Hey, hope everyone is doing well. I'm looking to start sending cold emails for a service I'm offering on Fiverr. I've never sent cold emails before and had a look around on search bar, there's a lot of information, and I don't know where to start. Can someone outline me the easiest way to get started (looking to send 100 emails per day). I have no idea about warming up accounts, proxies, smtp ect. So if somebody could tell me what I need and where to get it from I'd really appreciate the help. I want to send 100 emails a day and increase my chances of reaching their inbox without getting sent straight to the spam folder. Is it as simple as going on google workspace purchasing a business email, and then start sending emails?

There are platforms specially designed for Cold Emailing, where you can connect your emails and it will do all the rest: warmup sending and keeping track of the open rates and response rates. (Do a fast research on Google to find the best ones.)

The only thing you need is just to pay for a subscription and set everything up (including leads) or there are options where the platform will offer the leads.

Hey there!

So cool that you’re diving into cold emailing for your Fiverr service. It might feel overwhelming at first, but honestly, it’s not as complicated as it seems. Let me break it down for you in a super simple way

First off, setting up a professional email is definitely the way to go. Using something like Google Workspace with your own domain makes you look way more legit and trustworthy. Think something like [email protected]—it’s a game changer

Next, warming up your email is super important. You can’t just jump straight into sending 100 emails a day because that’s how you end up in spam. Start small, maybe 5 to 10 emails a day, and slowly build up over a couple of weeks. Tools like Warmbox or Lemwarm can automate this for you so it’s super easy

For sending the actual emails, you’ll want to use a tool like Lemlist, Mailshake, or GMass. These tools make life so much easier because they handle everything from sending to tracking who’s opening and replying

When you write your emails, keep them short, sweet, and personal. People get tons of emails every day, so the more you make it about them and how you can help, the better your chances of getting a response. Adding a little personal touch goes a long way

To make sure you don’t end up in the spam folder, avoid words like “free” or “limited time” that scream spam. Also, make sure your domain has SPF, DKIM, and DMARC set up—don’t worry, your email provider can guide you through this. And definitely clean your email list with something like Hunter.io or NeverBounce to avoid sending to bad addresses

Finally, once you’re ready to scale, think about splitting your emails across two or three accounts. That way, you’re spreading things out and keeping it safe. Stick to around 50 emails per account per day and you’ll be golden

You’ve got this! If you have more questions or need help along the way, just ask. Good luck—you’re going to crush it!

I thought so, but I think that was from some different user if I remember correctly.

If you're looking for some paid assistance, it might be worth trying your luck over on the Hire a Freelancer section. Best of luck.

There's many way to send cold emails but the simplest one is to use Gmail accounts with some proxies.

I recommend you to sell your service using your website not Fiverr, the majority of your leads will end up buying from someone else on Fiverr.

The rule is, never send traffic to a website that you don't own.
