I got a new problem with google search result. Few days ago,i launched new website on health niche. Today i tried to see my SERP. My content on SERP with Different title & different meta description. Which title and description i never provied. I checked my content optimization. Everything is good. But why that kind of result i got, i do not understand. I optimized by Yoast SEO Plugin.
