confused PBN

It's because normally ONE person owns it. As in private ownership. Also, a PBN is SEVERAL blogs/sites all owned by one person/party. We definitely do want google to see it
how to do this? via .htaccess? why it still have juice if google can't see them?

There is no reason for google not to crawl them

The only thing that is hidden is the fact that all of the sites in a PBN are owned by the same person

They block ahref, majesticseo, opensiteexplorer bot via .htaccess and not Google's bot. SO Google CAN definitely see them

There have been networks of blogs in the past where hundreds of different users could post links to, they were public, but if you create your own network, then its private as you will be the only one using.
for what reason?
