I had a question about my domain name. For example lets say i am building a review website about cell-phone:
I am confused on two options on choosing my domain name:
    1. the first choice is cellphoneplease dot com, The kw cellphone please gets around 1k searches per month according to google
    2. The second choice is whichcellphone dot com, The exact kw which cellphone gets only around 100 searches per month according to google; but there are long tail key words associated with which cellphone like which cell phone should i get in 2015, which cell phone for gift, for christmas blah blah
So, which one should i choose. I am a newbie in IM so cannot figure out by myself. Thanks for your time.

Don't go after EMDs (exact match domains). They don't help that much anymore, Google has started to devalue them. And also, do you think the keywords "cellphone please" will drive any buyers? probably not because its not a buying keyword, you need to do a better research and go after useful keywords, not just highly searched keywords.

I think you should consider getting a more generic domain, opposed to exact matching. Like Brad said, EMD's don't make a big difference like many people think, with this said, you should consider a catchy / unique domain name that visitors will remember. Focus on content, that will make the biggest difference in driving traffic and ranking keywords, goodluck.

You should get a brandable Name, because it will help you on the long run. If you're going for technology or other strong niches, then, EMD has little or NO effects.

I have really seen it and experienced it. But if you want to go with your keyword, don't use the word "PLEASE", it's too long. You can use some very SHORT words.
