Confused, not in serp

Hello,
i made a blog in german, in german google with 15 article submissed in one day and all of them in webmaster tools are added. that was not good idea
then i made 20backlinks in several days
i am not in serp in 200
but i made a web 2.0 links where i published a article, that i translated in google-translate
that web 2.0 is in SERP bot not me money site.

okey it was not good idea to make a 20 backlinks in 4 days but penalty for that?
i have uniqie content, no over optimization,
SERP is very very easy, less competetition....
It look like google penalty
But for what?
When i see "linkt to your sites" there are no backlinks linked to my money site
Only ahrefs see 4 backlinks

New domains take time to appear in serps, so be patient

i am just a afraid of penalty
CAn it be reason? 20 backlinks in 3 days?

Highly unlikely. I wouldn't worry too much. What type of backlinks did you build?

so 5 web2.0
and some blog commenting, and some forum signatures
only a few direct links. 90% are anchor backlinks

That amount won't get you penalized, especially within that time frame. Like https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/confused-not-in-serp.977095/members/saunapuke.1114930/ said, patience is key with new domains. If you're scared of penalties I suggest building links using the outreach/ guest post method. I've never had a site penalized with only these types of backlinks.
