Confused between Push and Pop under?

Hi everyone, I want to promote a dating offer via Propeller ads. but I am confused which one to go with Push or Pop Under? I Have tried Push notification before for maxbounty dating offers and I failed completely. Now I want to start it all over again, but confused between Push and Pop Under. Please help.

Pop-unders are windows (or tabs) that open "underneath" the website that the user is on when an element on the page is clicked.

With push notifications, the network will send out your offer to users that have subscribed to their notifications.
This could either be on the phone or PC.
 
Both sources can be good, but need to do a lot of testing either way.
Unfortunately i have no experience in the adult/dating niche, but for me push has always been the go-to (between these two)
