This is an example of how my site is structured - it's my main navigation menu:
Cars
-----Mercedes
-------Sedan
-----------Car 1
-----------Car 2
-----------Car 3
-------Convertible
-----------Car 1
-----------Car 2
-----------Car 3
-------SUV
-----------Car 1
-----------Car 2
-----------Car 3
-----Audi
-------Sedan
-----------Car 1
-----------Car 2
-----------Car 3
-------Convertible
-----------Car 1
-----------Car 2
-----------Car 3
-------SUV
-----------Car 1
-----------Car 2
-----------Car 3
If I make "Cars" a parent category it displayed on page as:

Category: Cars

That's not SEO optimized at all.
If I change it to
Category: Best Cars of 2016
then in looks like crap in breadcrumbs.
Should I 301 redirect my category URLs to custom posts?
Then I won't have the article feeds..
