Confused about schema...

I'm a total noob currently trying to improve my ranking.

Someone told me I need to use schema on page.

I run a dating profile consultancy and have a wordpress website using RankMath.

I'm confused; should I do the schema as an organisation or service? Should I do a mix of schemas?

The website is pretty straightforward in terms of page structure:

Homepage - intro to the service
About the service - more detail
Packages - pricing
Testimonials
Meet the team
Contact

My personal opinion and how I was taught.

• "Organization" schema is you introducing yourself. (It gives search engines information about your organization or business. Structured data is information in a standardized format that is easy for both humans and software to read.)
• "Service" schema is like listing out your skills and talents. (By marking up services on your website with structured data, you're helping search engines understand what types of services your business specializes in. )

What to put schema on:

• Homepage: Start with "Organization" schema here – it's the main intro to your business.
• About the Service: Add "Service" schema – dive deeper into what you offer.
• Other Pages: Depending on the page, you can add other relevant schema if it fits.
