confused about micro niches sites

I am really confused about micro niche sites. There is so many sellers in BST section selling MNS. But i want to know these sites really make money ? i mean people buy sites but never post their any earning screen shots. Even Sellers didn't post their earning screen shots of their few MNS sites. But they say "Earn 50$ to 5000$ a month".

A few things from my experience:

You can make money, but they dont normally make money out of the box - they give you all the foundations you need - keyword research, niche, website, content, on-page SEO etc, but you still need to put a link building campaign in place - so if you can do that part, then you should be able to make some good money.

Having said that, I have had some very profitable sites from these MNS services - in my experience, you sometimes get lucky and get either a site that makes money out of the box, or you stumble across a really lucrative niche/keyword.

Can you please recommend me good seller ?
 
Its been a while since I have ordered any so I cant recommend anyone off the top of my head, to be honest I have rarely had a bad experience on blackhatworld though.

If I think of any specific sellers, Ill post them here later.

do keyword research > buy/write articles > do seo > place ads.

with a 1k us searches micro niche keyword you will not earn more then $10/month.
Go with niche sites (micro niche sites are not going to work good in 2014 + authority site will need "big" investment )

ask all sellers for sample then check that which one is best.

It depends on lot of factors right from picking up right keyword etc and note that your experience need not necessarily be the reality.
 
i think i have to invest my funds in some other project t0 generate passive income.

Go for Authority sites , micro niches are not big money maker , you'll be lucky if you cross $1kud per month.

if you will choose a high adword comp keyword then you will get less search engine traffic.
if you will choose a low adword comp keyword then you will not get good cpc.

i know what you mean , but most sellers here provide "personalized beach bags" type of sites and they not earn much.
(that is why i asked op to do kw research himself)

actually i love insurance and loan niche (I have good knowledge about them) But its dammmm hard to search keywords for these niches. :(

This is definitely untrue. It depends on the niche. And don't forget about long tail traffic that naturally comes in for keywords related but not targeted (makes up to 80% of traffic once the page has the right authority). I've had plenty of sites that made 10 bucks a day from targeting a 1k search per month keyword back when I used to target these small micro niches.

It also depends how it's monetized. Adsense is by far one of the lowest paying (on average).

dude, "competition" in GAKP doesn't have anything to do with the real SEO competition that lies ahead your money making journey..

"Competition" is for people that want to target this KW in their AW campaigns (e.g. it tells you how many bidders there are, how is the CPC spread etc.)
