Say I want to offer mailing services to others.

Do I get a new domain, new smpt, new ip and new website for each client?

Another question, if I get a dedicated ip banned, i need to get another dedicated ip, so where do i get it from?

So far, I can only get it by buying another dedicted hosting/server, right?

depends on what you mean 'to others' if its b2b and coming indirectly from your third party - then yes, individualize the lists you are blasting as to not risk the ban hammer.

if you get dedi ip banned then you are looking at needing to get rid of any cached reference to the old one before you instate the new one or else if they recognize one another, everything will go pear shaped and your even further down the ban rabbit hole.

And yes to the last part, or you can rent it or even spoof it (piggybacking) if you have the know how - but play it safe, do it right and dont let it happen again dude :) These things are a pain in the ass but a good learning experience

All the best,
J

That's the way it should work if you are offering mailing services directly to other businesses then you should create a new domain and smpt for each one of them, as otherwise, they would be at a risk of being banned.
