What if i have facebook event and all details, keyword,url are inserted in it .
That event gets indexed in google
Should i consider that event as backlink or not?

Unless there is a clickable link, Search Engines won't be able to follow that link and hence no juice will be passed.

You would want an actual link and not just a naked text of your URL.

It won't be counted as a backlink

You can but it won't be do-follow so there's not really a point unless you wanna diversify.
