Confused About CTR and Average Watch Time Metrices

Please have a look on the following snapshot of my two videos published:



These are the metrices of two videos for last 24 hours.

In the first video Average view duration is good, ctr is normal and views are increasing

In the second video Average view duration is good, ctr is good but views are declining.

I want to ask why the second video's view are declining irrespective of the fact that its ctr and average view duration is good and Youtube count ctr and watch time to recommend the videos but in this case its not recommending it.

I think because the second video has only 136 views and YT doesn't that count yet. It ignores small numbers.

Give it a few hours or day, it will give you a more accurate stats.
