Seeking advise from people using the Sedo platform.
1) Suppose a buyer has set his desired price at $X, then do I get the domain if I bid exactly $X?
2) Another thing that confuses me
"Please note : within 5 days of reaching an agreement, the seller has the opportunity to start an auction based on the buyer's latest offer. Other interested parties then also have the opportunity to bid on and acquire the domain through the auction process. The buyer's original offer remains binding. Should no higher offer be received during the auction then the domain is automatically sold to the original buyer."
Does this statement mean that if the desired price I see in (1) is $X then at minimum I should be bidding more than $X to factor in the possibility that I need to win the earlier bid set by "the original buyer"?
Seems weird that even after reaching an agreement the seller still can find alternative buyers...
Thanks.
