Try new sites and new backlinks platforms like pbns , guest post form the best sources and many tier 2 links on tier 1 it would pass good link juice over !

you should try to approach different methods of getting backlinks. To have all the backlinks from the same site will not give you as many benefits as you are looking for. For example, it will not give you more traffic because there will be specific traffic from the blog and try to do links from different sources to get more link juice.

Linking one time is good and natural. In the mean time, try to find similar quality sites and get links them.

One link on that domain would be enough, More links on the same site will not be effective. Try some other links for diversity to get more link juice.
