Does anyone here can help me?
I have order to send 2 million retweet on single link, must complete within 6 month and budget $8K
might anyone here can refer his friend or partner to handle this project?
I need to see 10K-12K retweet per day

Highly doubt anyone can do that for $8k. Also there's a very high chance of getting your tweet or account deleted before it even reaches that amount.
 
I think 8k they aren't even enough for proxies and accs - to avoid a fingerprint of this scale
