confuse to edit my signature

hi all!
I am just verifying that some regular BHW members using there signatures to sell their service Like "200 backlinks, facebook PVA, keywords selling..etc" is it allowed ? can I use this description in my sig "example accounts creation service xx$ for 25 " ??

Trying to sell stuffs in the forum without a Buy Sell Trade section post is a big NO NO. If you see members trying to sell their services without a BST thread, report their posts and mods would get their signatures fixed.
