I have found running rkill and then superspywareremover takes care of almost everything that screws with malware bytes. I used to do this via remote sessions. "Sir, please let go of the mouse."
I want 5 min alone in a locked room with whoever made Desktop Defender 2010. One of it's new versions requires rkill to remove and nonstandard removal programs. What a pain!
