Sorry I didn't know where to put this post as it's just a quick quesiton..

How do I do ' Upload this file to the root or public_html folder of your website. This is generally done using an FTP client like Filezilla. Do NOT edit or rename the file!'

I've got a blogspot and I have no idea how to do that so I cannot complete the registration, thanks in advance

You can't do that with Blogspot...

You need a website with hosting to do it, so you need to find a free hosting site and set it up.

Or you could use the 'BHW2013' promo code thing when signing up.

(I don't know if that works though as it is now 2014, worth a shot).

Hmm ok, I don't think I can right now, I guess I need to see if anyone will let me use their site..
 
contact their support and told that you have blogger only
 
I like Cleanfiles a lot right now. I used the BHW2013 code and still had to confirm my site. I'd maybe try to reach out to the owner and ask him about what you can do. Also CPAgrip is instant approval.
