Hello guys Facebook blocked my farmed acc for in stream ads, it searches for me an Identity Card, what i am supposed to do !

Usually you just give them a fake ID photo. Make sure it matches the country of your account.
 
If all efforts are not fruitful, If it won't cost you much, create a new account.

does not work like that i warmed up the account 1 month for primary location

Please upload your ID card if the account is yours, or you can use a fake ID and use photoshop to make it look like your Facebook profile information.
 
You can photoshop an ID card with all the information that you have provided in the account and make sure that it looks realistic. Once I had the same problem and this solution worked for me. Best of luck!

You need a software to fake your ID, but it needs to match the name and date of birth of that account. Next, you can upload your ID to appeal.
