Confirm video selfi

You should insert images or videos using another tool; I think that's one way.

Currently, there is no official way to change the selfie video verification requirement to a selfie photo. You can ask a service to complete it.

if you actually need this one then hire someone to take it back for you. Let prepare all the needed information to help them. You have to pay the extra fee but it saves your time and it's worth to try
 
Use your phone and film yourself and you will be supported.

You can hire someone else to record a confirmation video or do it yourself. This is a Facebook feature that has no alternative.
 
no way around it , Video Verification is now required by Facebook for added security

I actually saw a video of someone printing out or putting up a pic of someone on another device and completing it like this, might be fake though, looked funky
 
You can upload your selfie video and the approval rate is very high, don't try to change it to a picture.

try Upload your selfie video, no need to be the owner. Use a new account that has not run ads yet. try Delete via resistance failed
 
You don't have to be the owner to upload a selfie video of yourself. Make use of a fresh Facebook profile that hasn't had any adverts. Unsuccessfully remove via resistance

No, currently Facebook defaults to video selfie. Changing browser/device won’t switch it back. Best option: complete video or wait, but no guarantee.
 
I saw people were providing such service called "Bypass video selfie verification" currently the method isn't out in the market but there are methods avl in market
