You must confirm this Page's affiliation with the brand, company, person, or entity that it represents. Please take one of the following actions:

1. Link to your Facebook Page from your official website.
2. Add an email address to your account or another administrator to your Page who has an email address that is officially affiliated with your company or a company authorized to manage your brand (e.g. management company or PR firm).

If you are unable to authenticate your Page in the next three weeks, you may lose the ability to publish stories to your Fans.

any ideas what i should do?

had this problem with my legit company. first delete all other admins. if its worth the effort then set up a domain , host a blog, backfill it with articles and only then submit your information. then pester facebook via email and phone to activate it. if that doesnt work you really need to start thinking outside of the box. in the end, after 4 weeks without posting i had to phone a friend from school who used to work with a guy who now works high up in facebook. after 10 mins from initial phone call i got a call back and it was back online. lost a lot of views but thank god it was done.

expect a wait but from what i learnt through my experience the above should be done in that order. if it is illegal page - expect to be fucked.

good luck my friend

From my understanding, after your page reaches 10,000 "Likes" you have to verify that page with a website. I doubt the number requiring verification has changed since they switched from "Become a Fan" to "Like"

If you are in the business of trying to make fan pages go viral, I would suggest having a blog on hand that relates to your niche. If you don't have a blog on hand, as soon as you see the page taking off, create one because you will be asked to verify the page sooner or later.

set up a blogger.com blog with some articles and shit, make sure its all related to the oage in question

What if the page has nothing to do with a specific product?
