So for site flipping, is the concept basically to buy a ready-made website, make it "better" and then resale it?

How do you go about buying the site cheaper than the price youll sell it?
Do you look for someone who wants to buy it first?
What if you dont have good site flipping skills, would it be clever to hire someone and then sell it after they flip it?
How do you determine what changes to make to the site?

Either that or buy low, sell high - like with any other "flipping"/speculation (real estate, cars, whatever really).

You look for bargains (and therefore get a low purchase price) and do proper selling (and therefore get a high sale price).

Do you look for someone who wants to buy it first?

No. How can you sell something without having even bought it first? (well, technically you could, but in 99% of cases it would only generate problems)

What if you dont have good site flipping skills, would it be clever to hire someone and then sell it after they flip it?

Unsure what you meant by that. Why would anybody work for you if they possess the skills of doing what you want them to do on their own without paying you a cut?

How do you determine what changes to make to the site?

You hang around on BHW and Google for a while and learn about the industry.

I see. How much is there to learn about the industry? Like what should i focus on learning about the industry just for flipping? and i meant to ask if flipping is something i should get help from others for but i guess thats a no.Also i think first ill find people who need a certain kind of website, then go buy a similar website cheap and flip it to make it like what they need, thats what i meant in that 4th question.

thanks for your time.

If you want to flip a site, the concept behind it is fairly simple. You buy a site in the very early stages of development, perhaps even just the domain, and you renovate it into the most profitable site you can possibly make it. It's like developing a real estate property - buy it cheap because it is extremely basic, and then add to it to make it worth more. You put good content on there, monetise it and promote it with backlinks. The "site flipping skills" you ask about are the ability to recognise what content it needs, how to best monetise it and get it ranking. You can outsource some of this work, but no-one is going to do all of it for just a cut of the profit.
