Use scare tactics of what authorities are doing with pirates.

or for a written review, whatever you are more comfortable with.
Buy throw away cell phone and once they pay, call them and review their site.
When their time runs out, say thanks... and never answer calls from this phone .

That way you control the volume and people wanting free answers...
