From godaddy to godaddy I think it is free.
yeah godaddy is a free push.
From godaddy to godaddy I think it is free.
How do I transfer from 5 godaddy accounts to 1?
For all accounts do they need to have different info?
@frooshontay
They will most likely open up a fraud investigation against you. They did so to me because I was registering it for a friend so used there name and my payment and I got into a whole fraud mess and it took about 48 hours + and me sending them a copy of my license in order to get my domain back.
Just try but i don't think soCan I buy many domains with same vcc on different godaddy accounts?
This is a great deal... but it's a clever marketing ploy to hook you in.
I used to go for Godaddy offer cos' they were cheap... and sometimes they even included privacy whois.
Note privacy whois is kept on a different website and a right hassle to get the password if they didn't get it to you in the first place- you don't think of it until you need to transfer ... had to fax forms etc...
If I knew back them what I know now... even if you are an absolute newbie don't get the hosting... like I did... godaddy does not have cPanel, and Mysql settings and crons are a pain to figure out. Use it for a blog - a long lag for every post to connect to database... you could feel it 'cogs' turning
Even waiting to manage domains is so time consuming.... the dashboard is so "heavy".
For me the best is Namecheap with hostgator... I can buy a domain and have the DNS registering the site in a minute. The longest I had to wait was 30 mins - I went had a coffee came back and could start work.
But I still use G for catch-all emails on some domains. G has it good points and bad points.
when I can get a .com with privacy for $4 year round.. .it doesn't seem as such a good bargain.
thanks. do you know how long this is good for?
is it a bitch to transfer to another hosting company? i have all my domains thru bluehost.
